How do I download the mobile app & register myself to start using AiSteth app?

AiSteth mobile app is available in Playstore for download. As a new user, after downloading, REGISTER with your email ID or mobile number and the application will ask you to set a PASSWORD and a verification code will be sent to your registered email ID / mobile number to verify. Once registered, our Support team will reach out to you to verify and proceed with next steps.

Can AiSteth be used while it is put on charge?


It is not recommended to use the AiSteth while it is charging.


My AiSteth is damaged, how do I contact the support and does it come with a warranty?

If your AiSteth is under warranty, you have to reach out to our support team by sending an email to support@aihighway.org highlighting the issues. After verifying, the support team will get back to you within 24 hours with necessary information to assist you.

How many hours should I charge AiSteth?


The LED light in the device will change to a RED colour which indicates that the device needs to be charged. It usually takes two hours to charge a device.


Can I replace my ear tube / frame myself?


Yes.
