Ai Health Highway India Private Limited offers FREE returns (with a full refund) on new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return or exchange, send an email to[email protected]with the serial number and a valid reason to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once your request is reviewed, an RMA number will be issued, along with return instructions.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• If the device has tampered parts (batteries or internal circuitry tampered).
• If the product is working fine with good results.
• If the serial number or UPC is missing.
• If it is a special order (returned at our discretion).
• If returned more than 15 days after delivery.
