Warranty Policy

AiStethTM device comes with a standard warranty of 1 year from the day of purchase. Any damages on the material or manufacturing defects are managed during the warranty period. The warranty is limited to replacement, repair, or servicing of the device with no extra cost to the customer.

The warranty will be void if the device is misused, improperly handled, or damaged accidentally. This includes but is not limited to physical damage, exposure to liquids, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and failure to follow the manufacturer's usage guidelines.

Return and Cancellation Policy

We offer FREE returns (with a full refund) on devices within 15 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

For returns or exchange, contact us through email: [email protected]with the serial number and a valid reason. Upon receiving the request for return or exchange by Ai Health Highway India Private Limited, and compliance to this Return Policy is determined, we will facilitate and advise on how to proceed further.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are found tampered with their parts and returned without prior notification.
